We provide free returns and exchanges for all pet supplies within 30 days after delivery.

  1. Shipping Cost Rule
  • If returns are caused by verified product quality defects, damaged goods in transit or wrong items sent by us, we will fully cover the return shipping fee and offer full refund or free replacement.
  • If you return items due to personal reasons including size mismatch, pet disliking the product, change of mind or other non-quality issues, all return shipping fees shall be borne by the buyer.
  1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for return or refund, items must meet all requirements below:

(1) Submit return request to our customer service within 30 days upon receipt of your package.
(2)  Goods are unused, unwashed, free of pet fur, stains, dirt or odor.
(3)  Keep complete original packaging, tags, manuals and matching accessories intact.
(4) Provide valid order number as purchase proof.

  1. Non-Returnable Pet Items (Hygiene & Safety Notice)

For pet health and hygiene, the following goods cannot be returned or exchanged once opened:

  • Opened pet food, snacks, supplements and edible treats
  • Used pet diapers, grooming wipes, oral care products
  • Custom personalized pet collars, engraved tags and made-to-order goods
  • Clearance, final sale discounted items
  1. Return Process

(1) Contact our support email with your order number and return reason to get return authorization.
(2)  Pack the item safely with all original attachments after approval.
(3)  Send back the package to the address provided by our team.
(4) We will inspect returned goods within 3–5 working days after receiving the parcel. Qualified returns will trigger full refund to your original payment account.
